Die Heads

  • Uniquad for pipe and bolt threading is standard on pneumatic Panther 300.
  • Right hand threading range:

Range

  • Pipe - 1/8" to 2"
  • Pipe with geared threader - 6" maximum
  • Bolt - 3/8" to 2".

Roll Grooving

  • Complete with rollers for steel pipe possessing a capacity to groove.
  • 2" - 4" schedule 40 and 2" - 6" schedule 5 and 10. Part no. 45000.

Safety

  • Unit comes with safety air-operated foot switch.

Pipe Chuck

  • Smooth action impact hammer chuck, with replaceable jaw inserts, for powerful grip prevents pipe slipping.
  • Self-centering rear chuck ensures correct alignment.

HSS Precision Dies

  • Supplied as standard, 1/2" - 3/4" & 1" - 2" HSS NPT.
  • Long life with excellent threading results.

Carriage

  • Removable carriage assembly with extendible lever.

Oiling and Lubrication for Panther 300

  • Rugged and proven pump.
  • Automatic oil feed for optimal lubrication and cooling of dies.
  • Quick to remove tray for oil and chips. Anti-spill design eliminates the need to drain when moving the machine.

Oil Reservoir
