Rothenberger ROWELD P110

ROWELD® P 110 is a compact, easy to handle and easy to transport heating plate butt fusion plastic pipe welding machine. Welding joints on pipes made of PE-, PVDF- and PP with outer Diameter of 20 to 110 mm can be produced with the machine safely.
Thanks to the flexibility of the „Typ ROWELD P110“, following weldings can be done:
I. Pipe - Pipe
II. Pipe - Elbow
III. Pipe - T - Piece
IV. Pipe - Flange / Stub End
V. Segment - Elbow
The Machine basically consists of:
Basic unit with bench mounting fixture, hand operated trimmer, electronically controlled
heating plate, main clamp s set for pipe-to-pipe (110 mm) and left side fittings clamp (110 mm) for pipe-to-fitting weldings, reduction clamping inserts 40 – 90 mm, tools, table clamp and steel carrying case.
For precise welding of flanges and pre-fabrication a flange adaptor (Art.No.: 5.5199) is available as an option.

	Rothenberger ROWELD P160 A-4 ROWELD P 160 A-4 SANILINE is a compact, easy-to-transport heating plate butt fusion pipe welding machine. Welded joints for house installations, chimney renovations and roof drainage systems made of PE, PVDF and PP pipes with outer diameters of 40 - 160mm can be safely produced with the machine. 	Rothenberger ROWELD CNC ROWELD P160B/V, P250B/V, P315B/V, P500B2 und P630B2 are compact, easy to transport butt fusion pipe welding machines which were specifically developed for use on building sites and in particular in pipe trenches. The welding machines are also very well suited for use in workshop environments. The CNC unit controls and monitors an automatic welding process as well as stores and protocols welding data pursuant to DVS guidelines and other national standards. The versatility of the ROWELD welding machines allows the operator to securely join 40-630 mm (outer dimensions) pipes and accoutrements for all plumbing and sanitation applications as listed below:: I. pipe to pipe II. pipe to pipe fitting III. pipe to T-piece IV. pipe to welding neck The essential machine components are: CNC basic unit Basic unit in tried and tested non-warping design and equipped with precision distance sensor and encoded telemetry cable.
