Rothenberger tee extractors feature specially polished tempered and burnished forged hooks in a special shape for safe, precision joints installed without having to cut the tube. The tee extractors allow for easy introduction into the drill hole and controlled, uniform manipulation of your material, and no finishing is necessary. They also feature standard specification overlaps and optimum capillary gaps.

The tee extractor bells are nickel-plated and sit with a double vee block for accurate positioning. This gives you precise 90-degree branches every time. You just drill the pilot hole, introduce the tee extractor hook to the drilled hole and firmly screw the bell to the wall of the tube. Next, hold the tee extractor in place while you extract, particularly while make your last final few turns.

Note: Tees can be pulled size for size up to 1". Larger sizes use one size smaller. If using small sizes to pull tees out of large diameter tube, tube may have to be annealed.

TEE-EXTRACTORS 1
Drill the pilot hole using the self centering UNIDRILL automatic set to the correct size.

TEE-EXTRACTORS 2
Introduce the tee extractor hook into the drilled hole and screw the bell firmly to the tube wall.

TEE-EXTRACTORS 3
Hold the tee extractor firmly in place during extracting especially for the final few turns.

TEE-EXTRACTORS 4
Set the branch insert depth with the adjustable cam pincer.

The UNIDRILL Automatic is calibrated for each branch size and is easily adjusted to provide the correct diameter hole for each tube tee extractor hook.

Exceptional quality HSS drill for rapid, burr-free drilling. Self centering drill tip provides precise location without the need for a center punch.
By adjusting the drill to the required branch size, the hole automatically corresponds to the size required for hook entry. The drill stop prevents oversizing or damage to the tube wall.
